Since 2002, Algoria provides users with useful features, which are easy to implement and use :
simplicity, ergonomics and efficiency are at the heart of our products. Most of our customers use
Algoria’s
products right from the first day without training. 
Based on innovative technologies (XML web services) and proven standards (SOAP…), our products easily integrate into all telephone infrastructures : whatever the type of telephone system installed (IP, SIP, but also DECT, digital or analogical), directly interconnected with business applications and office software, enabling companies
to capitalize on their investment and reduce costs.
The complexity of telephone protocols requires a complete set of skills (telephony, IT, networking) and an ongoing commitment to maintaining them up-to-date. The challenge is difficult but we meet it every day.
Thankfully, the satisfaction is there:

Right from the start of the company, Algoria has forged its development on an indirect sales strategy, based on

Algoria has therefore favored the long term as opposed to short term profit. After five years in a constantly evolving market, all the 100 000 TWS licenses sold to date have been achieved thanks to a strong network of distributors
and integrators. This network is the best guarantee for our users that the TWS products are sold to them as
an integral part of a comprehensive and consistent solution, compliant with their needs.
Closely accompanying our distributors, we are attentive to market changes and to users’ needs: frequent and reactive pre-sales support, after-sales customization and implementation, support services and skills…
