The Office Communicator user makes one click to call his contact. He puts him on hold, manages his conference calls, his presence state, forwards calls to his mobile… A contact calls him. His name is automatically displayed if he is in the company’s Active Directory or Exchange Server directory.
With TWS OCS RCC Gateway, the Office Communicator user, in association with Microsoft Office Communications Server, benefits, without any modification of the infrastructure, from the telephony functions provided by traditional and hybrid PBX (CSTA, IP).
